The staff go above and beyond, and many of the neighbors are friendly. It's a nicer place to live than we would have hoped. The amenities aren't over the top but are meaningful improvements to the quality of life: coffee, courtyard, gym, activities, working/printing facilities, etc.

Great place to live, especially as someone who works in the area. The most surprising thing for me once I moved in was the speed at which the maintenance team responds to work requests. I think the longest I've waited was 2 days, and that's just because my garbage disposal stopped working on a weekend. 10/10.
