“I recently toured this lovely apartment village with team member, Lexie! The facility was pristine and gave off a “luxury hotel vibe.” The common areas were clean and peaceful.
The outside areas were nicely appointed.
I have lived all over the world and Crescent ranks at the top of my list of great living communities. I knew I had found where I wanted to be over the coming year.
On another note, community manager Lexie was highly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating.
I look forward with much anticipation to living in Wauwatosa and joining the Crescent community.”

“This is a long overdue review. I'm not much for reviews but I absolutely love living in this apartment complex. The buildings are well cared for by Mike, Jason and Paul. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The office team-Mathew, Taylor, and Tyanna-are always friendly and helpful. The whole place has a pet-friendly vibe, with a great dog park and a swimming pool. And you can't beat the proximity to the Wauwatosa Village-everything you need is right there. It's truly home!”
“I lived at Normandy Village for a few years in a 2 bedroom and really enjoyed my time there. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage, and the office staff was always friendly and responsive whenever I needed anything. I also loved being able to get underground garage parking during the winter and cancel it when I didn’t need it anymore. The pool was a huge plus in the summer too! I ended up moving because of a change in location for my job, but overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Normandy Village.”
“Lukas at the front office made it very very easy for me to move in understand the releasing process even gave me a tour before. I even decided if I wanted to move in or not since then everyone has been so nice and accommodating answering my many questions understanding the area since I’m near the Wauwatosa. Then also meeting Tara and Ashley truly phenomenal human beings!!!”

“The staff go above and beyond, and many of the neighbors are friendly. It's a nicer place to live than we would have hoped. The amenities aren't over the top but are meaningful improvements to the quality of life: coffee, courtyard, gym, activities, working/printing facilities, etc.”
