“I stopped by Creative Pals’ new location and was so impressed. The space is bright, roomy, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes it really enjoyable to walk through and browse. The selection of paper is incredible. I honestly don’t think you could find a better variety anywhere else. I’m already looking forward to going back again soon.”
“Beautiful bead store! There is a great variety of beads, findings, and other items needed to make bead projects. There are also many reasonably priced kits available. Everything is attractively displayed and organized so it's easy to locate needed items. The women working there are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.”
“The only thing bad about this place is some of the pricing. $2300 to clean my cats teeth and perform a few extractions on infected teeth and $35.00 for a nail trim on my dog.
The vet that I see is very nice, she doesn't push unnecessary vaccines. and is understanding of my holistic approach to caring for my pets even though she's not a holistic vet.
Apparently they were busy in clinic today. I dropped my cat off for bloodwork at 7:30am and didn't get him back until 4pm. When I called for an update I sat on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous hold time!”
“I have been doing weaving projects here for a couple years now. The whole team are very helpful and friendly, and Barb has always helped me figure out my looming projects and problems. There are lots of beautiful threading options for purchase in soooo many beautiful colors. Love this place!”

I came in 15 minutes before they closed with questions regarding restoring a painting I bought that has paint flaking off. They made very helpful suggestions. What to get now how to use it (safely). Offered to help figure out what colors to purchase & mix for parts that chips got lost and paint needs to be filled in. Helpful above & beyond!”

Came for the Jellycats, obviously, but left with a father’s day gift and a mission to come back again to look for some stationary!

“I took a very special piece of artwork over to the store today. The staff in framing was fabulous. Sara actually did the piece and it is stunning. I didn’t want to leave the artwork there, so Sara help me get the museum glass that I needed with a stock frame. She did an amazing job in a very short timeframe.
She brought new life to this artwork! I would have her work on any of my pieces with her attention to detail and care of the art.”
“I came to return and purchase some things. I was adamant I purchased something there but I must have purchased it els where. The man behind the register was so kind and the woman manager was very kind too. They didn’t belittle me or make me feel like I was putting them out of their way. I really appreciate customer service like that! Ty:) (I was in there today 12/30/25 and left like 15 minutes ago 7:02pm. I hope those employees get recognized for their kind customer service :)) will be back… and to THAT specific Michaels bc of the employees there:)”
