“Caliber Collision is an authorized shop for my insurance company so I wasn't sure what to expect.It has been many years since I've had an accident. I received regular status updates from the time they received my vehicle, reviewed the damage, received approval, started and completed work. They completed the work two days before their estimated completion date. My vehicle was delivered washed and detailed (to me that was a bonus). I would go back to them if I need any body work done on my vehicle.”
“My husband took his work vehicle there after an accident to be fixed. They looked it over and ordered parts immediately. They called in about a week having the parts ready to go. We then dropped the truck off, and they started working on it that day which was a tuesday. To our surprise, they called on Thursday to pick the truck up. They did Fast and great work on his vehicle. We are now having our Subaru dropped off there for some front end work done from someone hitting it in a parking lot. I will let you know how long it took for them to complete the job. Hopefully it will be as quick as my husband's work vehicle.”
