  Customer service staff are pleasant, but waiting for the service is what is the problem. One teller on a Friday to service the one lane open in drive thru and counter. Took 40 minutes in line to withdraw money. Would have used the ATM but needed more than the limit.

  Came into bank for letter of of good standing for my ein instead getting lettuce about why not too

  I have never been to a bank that was so helpful and caring in my life and I have been to many many banks. The business banker John has been tremendously instrumental in growing my Native owned construction business Four Winds Contractors. I highly recommend him to absolutely everyone.
