I will be back to Equitable Bank thanks to you know who. Amy, Amy, Amy. It was the first time I met up with her bank prowess. It was nice. My Certificate of Deposit and Money Market accounts are in good hands, not all state but Amy's hands. The above commentary may appear grandiose but it is fact.”

“I found out that my bank no longer counts change for its customers when I brought in my bag of change, the piggy bank was full. I asked since when and I was told it's the new policy but we can give you the sleeves and if I roll it they will take it that way. So let me get this straight, your the bank and you don't count change anymore, WTF that's the only reason for me to come into the bank any more. What do people do with the change bowl when it's full now ?. Well now it's time to call other area banks and see it someone still counts change, WTF it's done by a machine stuck in a corner. NSB picked up the phone with a live person and no prompts/menu to listen to get to the right person, the live person said that they would be glad to count my change even though I'm not a customer which I'm sure there is a charge for non customers. I was promptly greeted when I walked in and shown the change machine, yes it's in a coroner and automated. While my change was getting counter I was introduced to Marie the branch manager who wanted to know what brought me in after hearing soome of my story from her office about my big name bank. Marie explained what NSB has to offer me as a customer so I decided to start with one account for now and see where it goes, no charge for the coin counting now because I'm a customer and I think it was about 5% for non customers With the the great service I was shown as a non customer I ended opening an account before I left and I have to rethink my relationship with my big name bank. I knew nothing about NSB before I walked in today and I just looked at banks on the internet but I think I have found a better bank experience.”

“I'm only rating this branch a five because of the nice gentleman with glasses he is nice young man he helped me with the atm.
The second time I came was about last week or so I walked in I wanted to ask him to help me again but he was getting yelled at by his coworker the one with the curly hair. You know people make mistakes but yelling at other people cant fix mistakes and its not the right way to treat your coworkers. Because when he walked out that room and he started chatting with me and he was looking around and people were staring I felt bad for him he looked very stressed about something but that didn't give him an excuse to not smile in my face and greet me and ask me about my day I hope I come back one day visit him he is very nice I think his name was Dean if I'm not mistaken.

“I really like this BMO branch — the tellers are always friendly, helpful, and provide great service every time I visit. It’s clear they care about their customers.
However, during my last three visits, I did notice an unpleasant odor in the branch. At first, I assumed it might be a one-time thing or perhaps from another customer. But on my most recent visit, I was assisted by an older woman at the teller line, and it became clear the smell was coming from her. She later had to help me at her desk, and the odor only got worse.
While I truly appreciate the customer service at this location, I believe it’s important to maintain a professional appearance and hygiene when working in a public-facing role. Also, it would be helpful if staff could slow down a bit when counting money and explaining transactions, just to ensure clarity.
Overall, I still enjoy coming to this branch because of the welcoming atmosphere and efficient tellers, but I do hope management takes this feedback into consideration.”
