I started my journey with Ricky and Tim , I can honestly say that they changed my whole outlook on exercise I have lost 23 pounds in like 6 weeks from 3 - 60 minutes exercise classes a week I move way better and my Milwaukee Goiter is slowly reducing. I’m having a blast. Slow and steady pace will win the race, Fast Track helps.”

“James the cleaner at the West Allis wac is awesome. The dedication and work ethic he displays is phenomenal. He is probably one of the most unappreciated yet most valuable employees that location has. Early mornings you will see him hard at work making sure the sauna, steam rooms and locker room is top notch. Awhile back when pipes burst and the wac would have been decommissioned for days, (while outside water restoration specialist elsewhere were also booked), James stepped up and worked tireesly night and early morning allowing the wac to remain open the following day while also saving the wac thousands of dollars in the process. He takes his job seriously and is as meticulous and thorough as someone would be with their own home. I sure hope the wac sees the value he brings to the establishment because without him I don't think the wac would run, even when he's not working, if he sees something that has to be cleaned, addressed or picked up he will do it off hours, you just don't see that work ethic or commitment in employees anymore. I sure hope the wac sees his worth and value!”

“Great gym Becky does a amazing job keeping the gym in top shape always free of salt on the floor and it always smells amazing which I truly appreciate. I raised 4 now adult kids who were in sports so not smelling gym funk is a true relaxing workout experience”
