“I recently dropped in for three morning CF classes at CCCF and I couldn't have been happier! The coaches were all very kind and helpful, giving me new pointers to take back to my CF gym. Even at 5:30am, everyone was so nice and welcoming. For someone looking for a new gym home in the area, or a welcoming place to drop in, CCCF is the best choice!”

“The space here is incredible and everyone is so welcoming! Alexandra was so good with her cueing and Brenna made us feel at home! Can’t say enough good things about Barre 3!”
“Great old school gym filled with bodybuilding/powerlifting history. The place is surrounded with posters of Mr and Ms Olympias, as well as posters of earlier legends like Steve Reeves. You will feel very motivated while you workout here.
The day pass is only $5 and you don’t have to waste time signing a waiver giving your private information, fantastic price, very convenient.
For an older gym, it’s organized very well. The machines are in the center, the wall on the right has the dumbbell rack and benches, the wall farthest from the entrance has cardio, and the left wall has cable machines. While the equipment isn’t brand new, it’s very smooth and comfortable. The machines are clearly reliable.
It has one of my favorite machines, an elbow padded pec dec, I get the biggest pump and mind muscle connected with that machine, unfortunately most gyms don’t have them.
I will definitely come here every time I visit Milwaukee, which will be often. I highly suggest anybody familiar with fitness comes here.”
“I've visited a few times recently for community events & now want to start dropping in more regularly. It's overly spacious, tons of equipment and a cool, industrial vibe. Everyone I've met has been welcoming, great energy - especially the owner and staff. They also open their doors to support community wellness events, which is awesome. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“I've taken several classes with Steph, and she consistently brings great energy, encouragement, and expertise to every workout!! She does an amazing job of motivating everyone in the room while still making each person feel supported. Her coaching is clear, she pays attention to form, and she knows exactly when to push you to challenge yourself. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more motivated. If you're looking for a coach who makes workouts both fun and effective, I highly recommend taking a class with Steph!!”

“Saturday Jam class is the BEST. Fun music, fun routines, fun people. I always leave exhausted but feeling like a superstar. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. 🌟”
“This is a great gym! All the strength training equipment you could want, plus a good variety of cardio machines, an infrared sauna & even a cold plunge. The gym, bathrooms and locker rooms are always super clean and the ladies' locker room has thoughtful amenities. Andy is a phenomenal personal trainer - started seeing him to regain mobility and strength after a surgery (great success), then kept going because it's so much fun to get stronger! Really affordably priced too, considering the location and hours.”
“I love taking classes at Aerial Hippie! They are so supportive and encouraging. I'm not always the most graceful in the air but they have helped me feel so much more confident. I highly recommend taking a class here.”
“I love the model of fitness and conditioning at this gym. They are also pushing an innovative idea of investing more in trainers. If the trainers are able to have more teeth in their career it leads to better fitness outcomes for clients , but also a better work environment.”
“I started working with Katie years ago after a back injury. She has done an incredible job of helping me prevent additional injury and working with me safely when trouble does arise. She keeps our workouts interesting, fun, and challenging! She always goes the extra mile, and makes me feel great about taking care of myself in a holistic way. She and Matt really influence each other, and bring the strengths of both into practice. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.”

“Awesome gym! Has an incredible blend of old school feel with high quality competition powerlifting equipment (20KG Rogue Ohio Power Bars, combo racks, calibrated KG plates, power racks, Texas DL/Squat bars, SSBs, multigrip bars, bands, Rhino belt squat, lots of machines, etc). Even has high quality cardio equipment (assault runner, echo bike, stair stepper). Perfect for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and athletes. The best part for me too is how convenient it is to get a day pass when I’m in town. You pay through the website and your phone acts as a key fob to be able to open the door through the app once you purchase your day pass/membership, so you’re able to drop in for a day pass super early on holidays when it’s not staffed. Highly recommend to anybody living in the Milwaukee area or those traveling through Milwaukee in need of a drop in session.”
“We outside. Of course I’m going to grub. Missed the movie shoot but stayed for a beer. Hung out with the actor, director, RANE and Manny. Plus I learned a new dance, the new electric slide, I think.”

The staff is amazing especially Erin (general manager), Monique, Joey (personal trainer), MiKela, Ryan, Tom, Al (personal trainer), Jess, and Keton. They’re always smiling and friendly. I feel and home and welcomed every time I go there. I strongly recommend this gym. Thanks y’all keep up the great work!”

“God bless Jen! She really came through for me. She left me a voicemail with her personal cell number to eliminate phone tag. I told her my financial situation. In other words, that I was broke. She didn’t dismiss me and was still determined to help me join. She worked her magic. My card still declined. Jen didn’t get rid of me though. She was really patient, kind and very helpful. That card finally said approved. We lit baby! I’m in there! I do recommend this gym simply because of how great the people will treat you.”

“I’ve been a member for years and I’m somewhat disappointed in myself for not reviewing sooner. Great local gym. Everyone is super friendly whether you’re social or introvert and there’s a place for everyone at any level of fitness without feeling overwhelmed. Owner is very nice and he seems hands on with anyone who needs any help. Also Easy access at any hour you feel like stopping in as a member.”

“My overall experience is good at this gym, but there are some caveats. The good is that the gym is very modern, has a pool, nice staff, and every equipment you would expect. On top of that, they have nice extras like a theater room, basketball court, turf area. However, it definitely lacks some essentials you would expect at this price point. Parking is the biggest one. The designated indoor garage is not connected to the building, and it's a narrow one-lane layered garage where if you try to enter while someone is exiting, you have to reverse (sometimes out of the entire garage, multiple times) to let them out first. This can get annoying on busy days. The second thing is the hours. They close at 9 on weekdays and 6 on weekends. As someone used to working out late in the evening, there's definitely a few times I wanted to go but couldn't because they closed.”
“Joined Brew Fitness about a month ago. Honestly, one of the best gyms in Milwaukee. Ryan was super welcoming and the gym has everything I need. If your looking for a place to lock in, this is it.”
