“Great selection. Nicely organized and tidy. A bit challenging to navigate a cart however is expected, not a big box store, making it super cozy. Decent pricing too.”

“Gabby was an amazing help to us today! She was going on break and was kind enough to take about 15 minutes to help us price our new rug! She’s amazing!! Thanks Gabby!”

“Been here a bunch of times. I find they have a very good selection of high-quality kitchen specialty items. On this visit, we were shopping for a replacement espresso machine after ours stopped working. We had already been thinking about upgrading, so it wasn't too much of a disappointment. This store had a wide variety of makes and models to choose from. Unfortunately, the salespeople helping us didn't seem to know much about the different machines and weren't able to offer much guidance on the features, strengths, or differences between them. That made it difficult to narrow down the choices. We left the store with a favorite in mind, but we weren't confident enough to make a purchase. I wish we had connected with someone who could have helped us think more critically about the options and determine which machine was the best fit for our needs. FYI: We ultimately purchased a machine somewhere else, and it ended up being a very different model than the one we were considering here.”

“Been here several times over the years. We've purchased dinnerware, plates, bowls, and other kitchen items, and have always had a good experience. The salespeople are knowledgeable, the store is spacious and well organized, and the products are high quality. This visit, we were shopping for a replacement espresso machine after ours stopped working. These machines are complicated, expensive, and available at a wide range of price points. Fortunately, we connected with a salesperson who was clearly a coffee enthusiast. Conor spent a long time with us, sharing his own experience with several of the machines we were considering. He asked thoughtful questions about our coffee habits, preferences, and what we hoped to get out of a new machine. Rather than trying to sell us the most expensive model, he helped us find the one that was the best fit for us. After a lengthy discussion, we settled on a machine that checked all the right boxes. Then we discovered it was on sale, saving us an additional $200. Thanks, Conor, for your knowledge, patience, and expertise. We left feeling confident that we had chosen the right machine for our needs. This is exactly why we like shopping here.”
