David was a wealth of knowledge about the structure of the home and sees so many things that I was not even looking for. He can tell if parts of the home are going to be expensive to fix or easy to take care of and is truly dedicated. He can and will get down on the floor, nose to the concrete, to look down a strange basement drain for you. He has an eagle eye for everything - the age of the roof, if the water heater was professionally installed, and even if a tree might need to be removed!
As a first time home buyer, and someone buying a home alone, this whole process can be anxiety inducing at best. However, with David and Sally I was in such good hands and put so at ease. I cannot imagine any realtors who could make it less stressful than Sally & David.”
