“This place has so many options and it’s here in West Bend! It’s so fun just to look and try out the furniture because they have a really wide selection.
I was unsure about the space I had so I gave measurements. It appears you are also welcome to measure on your own as they have multiple measuring tapes right at the door.
I would recommend using the skills of the people there. They are way too good at what they do to not utilize that!
The 2 owners were both there that day and looked at pics of the space and the measurements and figured out what would be the comfiest couch that would fit my needs. My bed is not my favorite place to sleep now.
Also, there’s been a red wine and coffee incident….

“We stop here every 2-3 months as they always have something new on consignment. Fun place to go. The owner is super nice. We purchased a cabinet there recently and when I went to pay found out there was a 3.5% charge for credit cards. Completely get that for a small business, but I wasn't thrilled about paying it (who carries cash anymore?).The owner said "You can just mail me a check if you like". Note she did not know me really other than perhaps seeing me in the store from time to time. Did not know my name. Instead I offered to drop a check off later, which I did.In my opinion, customer service is what keeps me coming back to any place, regardless if it's a restaurant or any other type of business. Her trust in me to come back with the payment is great customer service. We will continue to return.”
