We purchased a cabinet there recently and when I went to pay found out there was a 3.5% charge for credit cards. Completely get that for a small business, but I wasn't thrilled about paying it (who carries cash anymore?).The owner said "You can just mail me a check if you like". Note she did not know me really other than perhaps seeing me in the store from time to time. Did not know my name. Instead I offered to drop a check off later, which I did.In my opinion, customer service is what keeps me coming back to any place, regardless if it's a restaurant or any other type of business. Her trust in me to come back with the payment is great customer service. We will continue to return.”

They have always been polite and helpful. I have purchased 2 couches, sofa and rocker. Prices are better than box stores. Service sells. I have purchased from big box store, had warranty on a chair and never got resolved . I ended up calling mfg and got it within a 5 minute call. This store resolved all my issues in a 5 minute call.
