“Love having a professional shoe store in West Bend. Lots of choices and great help with finding the shoe that fits your feet comfortably. Wish the shoes were a little cheaper though but shoes are pricey everywhere.”

“Very VERY helpful in assisting me in buying my first pair of cowboy boots in several decades. Mr owner provided me a rundown of what I should look for and also how the store is laid out. I spotted a pair of boots and grabbed them. Tried them on -- a great fit. Tried on several other pairs but alas the first ones my eyes landed on were the ones I bought. Sure the chain store may have a larger selection, but this 33yr old family run business meets the needs! Mrs owner checked me out and was very nice and helpful, providing me tips to make sure my feet stay happy with me! 😁 When I am in search for another pair and/or western wear, I WILL be back.
