From the time he was a puppy until we had to put him down we were treated with love and respect. Animal care is a tough field and often not respected enough. We were always respected and given honest upfront care and decent pricing. We were never pressured and if we couldn't afford something given realistic options. When we had to put our dog down it was such a traumatic day and the staff here made the transition for me and my family so much easier. To the phone calls I had prior and the actual appointment I couldn't have asked for more staff or better service. When we got a new puppy they were happy to take us back on as clients and at our first appointment (which happened to come up last minute) they were so accommodating and got us in same day. They were again so kind and reassuring it made the whole experience amazing. My animals are so special to me I would never imagine going anywhere else. They truly care about not just the animals but the owners too.
