“My husband and I lived at Bluff Ridge for just shy of 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Maintenance especially sticks out. It’s very easy to submit maintenance requests through the user friendly app, within 1-2 days your request will be complete. They were always friendly with our animals and our schedule. We always felt safe in this community. The residents are constantly walking around the block having coffee together or playing with their kids. It’s a comfortable space and no one is overly loud. We loved our apartment. The private entry and high ceilings were my favorite part. A lot of residents customized their balcony or patio area with plants or bird feeders / houses , which I adore. The office manager Stacy is newer, we had a different office lady for a while who was also very nice but Stacy is easy to communicate with. She knows how to do her job well and remains professional. The grounds of this place are always taken care of. The lawn, flowers, garbages, and snowy walkways/ parking lots are cleared quickly. We were so sad to leave but we found a house so it was time. This is a great place to grow in. I can’t recommend enough.”

“Good experiance overall. Close to campus and apartments are nice for the price. David always answerd in a timely manner. One issue I had involved new internet with a shared circuit but after I talked to David he gave me a little push back but eventually resolved the issues.”
