“I don't usually go into the branch and the rare times I do its in the drive thru at another branch. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the young lady in Williams Bay was even though I wasn't a regular there. She took a little time to ask me a few questions. She ended up finding that I was way over paying on my interest at another bank and they got me a way better rate there. I'm on a pretty tight budget right now and this is really going to help.”
