“My snowblower found a loose brick and one of the blades was destroyed. I called on Olson's to pick it up (and drop it back off), replace the blade and get it tuned up while they have it. It has never run better and works perfect, at a very reasonable price.”

“Overall a pretty decent Menards. Some of the workers really know their jobs well and know where everything in the store is but there are a few that are absolutely clueless and are of no help whatsoever. Prices are decent, I personally keep an eye out for the clearance items because I’ve gotten stuff for up to 90% off! The only thing that I see a problem with is that they never seem to have more than 1 or 2 checkout lanes open which in turn makes checking out take a while sometimes.”
“I had an outstanding experience at Tractor Supply, thanks to the incredible support from Tony and Jackie.
From the start, Tony was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing the right zero-turn mower. He took the time to explain the different models and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out, though, was the level of dedication he showed when things didn’t go as planned.
After being approved for a store credit card, there was an issue that prevented the purchase from going through. I ended up spending four hours at the store trying to resolve it, including multiple calls with customer service. Tony stayed involved the entire time, working alongside me and doing everything he could to help, even though the issue ultimately had to be resolved through Citibank.
He went above and beyond by holding the mower for me while I spent the next couple of days sorting things out. When I returned to the store, Tony immediately recognized me and had everything ready to go—sale, delivery, and setup—making the process seamless.
Jackie also played a big role in making sure everything went smoothly and provided great support throughout.
It’s rare to find this level of customer service and commitment. Both Tony and Jackie truly care about their customers, and it made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciate their effort and would highly recommend working with them.”
