“Called to see if there was anything available last minute, day of and by chance there was a cancellation 30 minutes before I called. We were able to book the cabin for the night and are so happy we could! Highly recommend for a nice on the lake stay. Kids loved swimming in the lake and the pool.”

“The rooms are clean and mostly modern. Great place to stay for the value, but I was there during the off season. Not sure if they use dynamic pricing or not. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Microwave sausage links and powdered eggs. But what can you expect from a motel like this. I was happy with my stay. They do have an indoor and outdoor pool.”

“My 4 year old and I stayed in a king suite with the giant tub. The room was good. Microwave and fridge. We loved the tub!All the staff were super nice... even after my kid decided he was going to go exploring the hotel while I was on the potty. They had to look for him on the security cameras. The indoor pool area has a small play area for younger kids. The water slide was really fast. My 4 year old is 42 inches. He was just big enough to go down solo. There were no life guards. I just watched him and determined he could do it.Nearby activities: Short walk to knuckleheads!!”

“This was a stopover on a late night trip from Minneapolis to Chicago. For that it worked very well. Everything was clean and as needed. The room could use more plugs for electronics but they are of a certain age, after all. Breakfast was fine, not issues. I just feel bad for the desk staff who have to listen to the same 16 bars of "The Little Hen" polka all day every day. Be strong!”

“Quiet, super comfortable, working outdoor jacuzzi in the middle of February was a pleasant surprise. Staff was so friendly especially Giselle and the lady that makes the omelets. Definitely coming back.”

“Eva from the front desk was beyond accommodating from start to finish. She was so friendly on the phone and in person. It felt like she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Because of the customer service she provided I would definitely come back for another stay. The lobby along with our room was clean, cute, and cozy. Great location too!Rooms: The Logger room was perfect for my family of 3. I liked the divider between the queen beds. Room came with a mini fridge and microwave.Nearby activities: Great restaurants near by and walking path near the river.Safety: I felt extremely safeWalkability: Short drive to town for walking.Food & drinks: We went to a restaurant down the road with a beautiful view and great food.”

“My family and I stayed here last weekend for my son's birthday, the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were updated and clean as well! The pool was warm and perfect for my young kids! Service was great and were prompt with any requests. Safe to say we had a great time and would stay here again! The only negative thing I could say is the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but we managed!”

“Do not go to this resort it is infected with bed bugs and also has a sewerage problem. We went to the manager on duty she is a young girl and told her our problem. She told us nothing she can do about it and if we don't want to stay we can find another place. I ask to speak to the upper Manager she said it is the owner and he lives in Chicago. People don't wast your money on a low budget Motel that promises 5 star resort.”

“I can only speak to the "Escape XL Tiny house". We stayed early November 2023 so it was 30 to 40 degrees outside. The escape XL tiny house was plenty warm if you cranked up the heat. The issue is heat rises so if the kitchen and living room on the first level is warm, the loft is hot. I'd never stayed in a tiny house and I enjoyed it very much. One side of the loft has a king bed against one wall, the other side of the loft is a queen bed against the wall. The stairs were what you'd expect in a tiny house loft. The sheets were not at all deep enough to fit the thick mattress, so the bottom did creep up through the night, the bed was very comfortable. The couch in the living room pulls out. The bathroom and shower were bigger than I'd expect. We stayed in November so there were very few people around as the tree house cabins were closed. I will say that a tiny house isn't well soundproofed, so we could hear a lot of noise outside, but it didn't bother us. I think it would be very loud in the summer. Every window has blinds, and there are a ton of windows, it's like a fishbowl, which we also didn't mind.Full size oven and microwave, efficiency sized refrigerator and dishwasher, deep sink. There is a fire pit for each tiny house. In the winter, the outdoor pools are, of course, closed, but the indoor pool was open and looked nice. Check-in staff and cleaning staff were super nice. For $203 it was a little expensive for the Dells in the winter, but for the experience of a tiny house, it was worth it.When researching the property, I didn't see where the tiny houses were, they're right outside the hotel. I've attached some photos, the photo with the name of the tiny house is first, then a photo of the tiny house.”

“Great location walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, activities, and more. Staff friendly and we had issues with our TV which they promptly fixed. Rooms were clean and had working air. Nothing super fancy, but decent condition. Only real issue was only given 2 towels and 1 hand towel when we were a group of 4Nearby activities: Short walking distance from shops, restaurants, and activities.Walkability: Close to main shopping area that it only took minutes to get to downtown”

“To be honest when we got here there was something in the coffee pot which was not coffee there was no remote for the TV the safe wouldn't close. The room was nice and clean though actually I prefer this place over my Olympus we could have stayed here the entire time and save a little money but all in all really not bad when I took what was in the coffee pot up to the front desk and to ask for a remote the ladies at the desk were very friendly very helpful we asked about a microwave which our room did not come with some do some don't ours didn't and I was fine with that but she said maintenance would bring us a remote so we walked to the pool area to check it out by the time we got back to our room we had a remote a new coffee pot and a microwave lol they felt bad about the coffee pot cause I told them I didn't need a new one so they brought me a microwave not bad at all for the price we paid which compared to everyone else around in town even the ones that are supposed to be cheap because of lesser standards I was very pleased I will definitely be staying here when I decide to come back”

“Very good location, right in the heart of the Dells, close to many attractions. I never felt unsafe or anything like that. Pretty good continental breakfast with juice, coffee, waffles, eggs, sausage, and other staples like that. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center but did not go in to any of these.Facility is clean but a little dated. Room was clean and featured a fridge, microwave, small desk, two chairs, in-room coffee maker, and ironing board. The one complaint is that the bathroom is very small, and the bathroom door was somewhat warped and difficult to shut, and only opened about halfway. Also, the iron/ironing board was kept in the bathroom (I had never seen that before).Overall, I would stay here again. It's a solid middle-of-the-road hotel. I thought there was good value for what we paid. We did stay here out of season (late Oct.) and were not traveling with kids, but would have no problem staying here with kids to see the water parks.”
