The day I was rear ended I contacted Caliber and spoke with Aly, about 10 minutes prior to them closing (my own car insurance company was closed and my Agent was not available) I was not expecting Aly to be so knowledgeable in the claims process or really be able to point me in the right direction but she did just that! She gave me suggestions to get started and things to think about prior to making a decision about my claim and did far more than her “job” as at this point I wasn’t even a customer! The whole team was great! Tyler and Aly kept in touch and me updated throughout the whole process, handled everything including the communication to enterprise for my rental vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend Caliber Collision in Ashwaubenon along with Tyler and his whole team! “Went in earlier today (06/06/2025) after having issues with overheating and coolant, I replaced the thermostat and housing the day before, but my car was still guzzling coolant like it didn’t the kids in the movie Holes when the water truck came?? an employee- Trent, was amazing. He came outside and looked over the work I did and said it wasn’t leaking from the housing (it was bone dry lol but a relief because that’s what I just replaced) I started adding in the coolant but he took over because I kept accidentally spilling over the sides because my hands were so shakey after working all night, and with the coolant going everywhere it was gonna be hard to track the leak. He also took a peek underneath my car and pointed out a few spots it was leaking from. I’m gonna take it to a shop for further inspection, but his customer service skills were through the roof, he also greeted his regulars (telling me hey that’s terry he’s a regular- great guy! ) and other customers as they entered the store by the other employee working (I didn’t interact with her much, but she was also very kind, I just didn’t catch her name) great service all around from this store, and will definitely recommend my friends this location in the future!”

“I hit my 2nd deer of the year. And after having to wait 4 months to get it back from another dealer we tried Complete Auto Body & Repair. It was the best thing we could have done! They did the estimate and noticed the radiator was leaking. So I wouldn't be able to drive it. They offered me a loaner at no charge. They got everything done in less than three weeks. The other shop took 3 and half months to get parts. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend them!
