“I've been going to C&J Auto for many years. In all this time, they always seem to find the problem and fix it! They generally show me the part they replaced and explain what they did. They always get my car in, in a timely manner and it's an easy experience. Mark always calls me to let me know when it's done (something many shops do not do), and he tells me the price on the phone! I research cost of parts and their prices are always reasonable. I appreciate that. Mark is personable and accommodating in every way possible. I've had bad experiences with other shops, but never with C&J Auto, so they will be my 'go to' mechanic for as long as they're reliable.”
