Lube Express Inc. is a trusted and reliable place for oil changes and vehicle services. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, especially the helpful and respectful front desk lady. The service is fast, often getting customers in quickly, and the waiting area and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, which is uncommon at many oil change places. The team is honest and communicates well, offering advice and only performing needed services, such as when they suggested not flushing the radiator without clear reason. They have experience working on both personal and company vehicles, providing quick and professional service every time. Customers also enjoy unique experiences, like the staff removing a rabbit from a vehicle. Overall, Lube Express Inc. is highly recommended for their fast, friendly, and honest service, making every visit a positive experience.
