I called on a Monday the appointment scheduled for the following day Tuesday. They had me in and out sooner than I was expecting and the employees really stepped up to get me on my way ASAP. I was very well aware that I may have had to wait 5-6 hours but they went out of their way to get it done sooner. I really appreciate their service from the front of the house to the back shop. You can say they are ARTISTIC in repeat customers. Highly recommend.”

“If you're looking for a glass company that will take care of you, Troy and his crew is the place for you. My journey to Novus started when another glass company in town refused to install a windshield in my Tundra, saying that there were computer error codes that needed to be solved first - and that I had to take it to Toyota (Ken Garff wanted to charge me $550 just to look at it). I called Novus, and they said bring it in - all new vehicles come in with error codes when the glass is cracked.
Job completed, we found that the windshield had a whistle when driving (due to a design flaw in the Toyota glass). Troy worked with me to solve the problem, which ended up adding a sealer to the top lip of the windshield. Problem solved. I appreciate the time Novus used to solve the problem. Seriously use Novus for your windshield needs - you will not be disappointed.”
