“I wish I could give Colton a million stars!!! I had a big issue with my billing & could not get anywhere with T- Mobile customer service. I went into the store on 1400 Dell Range Unit 70 and told Colton about my billing issue (suddenly being charged $300+ when bill was always $80). Colton went through my acct. with a fine tooth comb. He called customer service for me and after almost an hour on the phone with them he was able to get me a refund and the correct service! Way to keep a customer Colton!!! You are a customer service ROCK STAR!!!”

“I went in to t mobile frustrated with my previous service charging me outrageous prices for my bill. I understand that you have fees and taxes but it should not be 200$ a month for one person. Brandon helped me, find a phone in my budget and set everything up for me. Gave me a trade in almost for the full phone at ATT, and took care of everything. I highly recommend going there. Now my phone bill will be 90$ cheaper PER MONTH.”

“1/21/2026 For the life in me, I cannot remember the front desk, gal's name. I even took a picture of her name tag!
Anywho, she really tried to help me locate a hand cart I had purchased with cash by buying a gift card at the front desk at this local target.
The delivery was coming slow. I had the order number but I wrote it down wrong ? causing this employee and another employee to do extra work on my behalf because of my mistake.
A week went by still no answer where the hand cart was? I called customer service. They repeated back the tracking number and I found my mistake. We were able to locate the handcart and I returned to the store to tell them the good news.
I told her I would leave a good review & list her name, but for the life of me, I cannot. hopefully.
I the front disk employee who was so helpful will be identified and given the praise by their employer, that is due.
