Great clothes for my kids! Customer service sucks. Also when you order online they will never tell you when your order gets there.

Selection for the size 10/12 woman was extremely limited. Disappointed about that and customer service was poor. I wasn't even acknowledged.

I love Rue 21 always great service in there with a smile anything they can do to help me out I don't mind spending my money in there every time I'm in the mall
