“I am A very hard person to fit for shoes. I worked with Mike and she was fabulous. She did everything she could possibly do to help me. She went above and beyond customer. Customer service is great. Everybody seems pleasant and enjoys their job. I did find me some shoes and I will be back in to see her. I really appreciate all the help that she gave me keep up the good work.”

“Great store! The guy was super helpful and he watched me walk a bit to see how my feet moved. I’ve always thought my ankles rolled in and he said the same thing. I got some shoes that help push my feet from the inside outward. I’ve never had a shoe fee that way (in a good way). I’ve always gone to big stores where they have that machine you step on and it tells you what shoe you need but all the shoes all feel the same. This shoe is very different and I look forward to walking better because of them :)”
“The best American fashion brand, especially if you're looking for that cowboy or Wild West flair. I am picky with fashion since I like buying an entire outfit set from a single brand. I was very confused in what I was trying to look for so the staff worked together to help pick an outfit for me as I gave my opinions on what was presented to me. Once I have my shirt, pants, and jacket chosen, they even put them in a huge reusable bag. They even describe the quality of the material of the clothing and the price fits the value. Mall fashion brands should have staff that are ready to handle picky customers like myself since some mall brands have plain looking shirts that look like any other shirt of different brands. Buckle delivers and to those looking for a solid American fashion brand, Buckle is a good store to start off with. Now I have an outfit that is best appropriate to wear when going to the farmers markets.”
