“My mom passed away on sept 6th, she had 2 storage units which I needed to clean out, i couldn’t afford to pay for 2 storage units on top of everything else i had to pay I went and talk to the new owner Jennifer she was sim pathetic to my situation she allowed me to get those units cleaned out at no charge to me she is both very easy to talk to and work with, she is a beautiful person inside and out, even though I didn’t have storage units myself I can tell you there clean and secure units I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit your in good hands with Jen, I would give this place 10 stars if I could thanks Jen keep up the good work.”
“Good place to store your stuff! A little expensive, cost on storage keep going up every year my stuff was there putting me in a tight spot not expecting the price to do that. Seems like away to slowly push you out of storage or get you in a point were you can no longer pay so they can take your stuff.”
“I have used several storage unit facilities in Cheyenne and this is by far the best! The units are secure and the facility well maintained. Plus the office staff is friendly and helpful. Great prices too!”
“Sunnyside Self Storage is a very well kept storage facility. The units are clean and even more important, they are dry. Security tracks movement both in and out of the storage yard with individualized passcode system, helping to alleviate any issues you may have storing your valuable items and memories there. The Storage yard also has many security cameras recording the goings on of all there legitimately and illegitimately. The buildings are clearly marked and each unit is well marked to make finding your unit easily. The owner seems nice, although I think you should get a partial refund on units you leave early, especially if the owner is able to rent them out while you still have it paid for. Maybe that's just me. But it seems like good business. These units aren't cheap, they are not cheap at all.”

“Have nothing but good experience with the staff on the phone. Nite they have a locked gate and cameras installed. They did a great service by me in letting me know the new locked/coded gates were installed and wanted everyone to have access and helped get my code set up.”

“Top notch customer service. Pam is a wonderful woman and makes it a joy to pay on a unit while running errands for my father. It's more like visiting with a friend on a holiday than stopping off to pay a bill. People just don't come like that anymore. The atmosphere is amazing and the genuine quality of character and all around warming smile really tops the cake and makes this place above the rest for business. Absolutely love stopping in and would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.”
“StorAul Cheyenne was by far my best experience renting a storage unit!! Tessa is very friendly and was super helpful when I was having issues getting setup online. The prices were cheaper than others I found for comparable sized units, and they are cargo shipping containers!!! No water, moisture, or pests can get into your unit. Also there is 24 hour access and security cameras set up to cover all units, though security was not an issue. All of my belongings were transported in a semi truck and there is plenty of room for large rigs to pull in, unload, and loop around without having to back up or perform any tricky maneuvers. I highly recommend this business!”

“If you are looking for a secure, high quality storage unit facility to store your things at, this is the place for you. This is a very secure and safe facility. This facility has a 24 hr kiosk machine which makes it easy to pay or rent at any time, and also offers units with power and lights which is very nice if you are going to need those features. It's a little more expensive than other facilities, however the security and quality of it makes it worth it. This is the best storage facility available in Cheyenne, in my opinion.”
“Moving from Michigan to Wyoming was stressful, but Stacy in the office made things so much easier. She took the time to explain everything clearly, welcomed us to Wyoming, and even followed up with a call to see how our move was going. Her patience and professionalism truly stood out.

“Arrow did a great job with my move from beginning to end. David was personable and professional and got right back to me with the cost for the move and then helped me schedule it. Each packer/mover shook my hand and introduced himself. I appreciated that and it put my mind at ease with having strangers in my house. Barb was in continuous contact with me until after the shipment arrived, making sure everything went well. I also appreciated being able to text my questions.”
