“Sunnyside Self Storage is a very well kept storage facility. The units are clean and even more important, they are dry. Security tracks movement both in and out of the storage yard with individualized passcode system, helping to alleviate any issues you may have storing your valuable items and memories there. The Storage yard also has many security cameras recording the goings on of all there legitimately and illegitimately. The buildings are clearly marked and each unit is well marked to make finding your unit easily. The owner seems nice, although I think you should get a partial refund on units you leave early, especially if the owner is able to rent them out while you still have it paid for. Maybe that's just me. But it seems like good business. These units aren't cheap, they are not cheap at all.”

“Had a very pleasant experience. Simple, straightforward checkin. Easy pay process. Never raised rates in 18 months. The doors are not wide rollups, so make sure that is ok for you. High winds are common and that drives a little rain inside, so throw a tarp over stuff.”

“Joy was very helpful to me today. I had a problem because I changed my debit card and somehow my payment didn’t come out. Joy made arrangements with the new card to make sure it was active to take my payments out monthly and also charge me for this current month’s rent. She did a fantastic job very professional, and it didn’t take any time at ultra my problem.”
“If you are looking for a secure, high quality storage unit facility to store your things at, this is the place for you. This is a very secure and safe facility. This facility has a 24 hr kiosk machine which makes it easy to pay or rent at any time, and also offers units with power and lights which is very nice if you are going to need those features. It's a little more expensive than other facilities, however the security and quality of it makes it worth it. This is the best storage facility available in Cheyenne, in my opinion.”
“I called to make a reservation. The 3rd party that takes the call informed me of an available unit (10x10) on the Dell range side for $55 a month. Come to find out that's just where you do the paperwork. The 10x10 over there is actually $75. The new management are super friendly and I had no issues interacting with them. I ended up going to missile road for the $55. When I got there the unit didnt look square. After measuring the unit was actually 10x9 with a 9ft ceiling sloping down to an 8ft. Not a huge problem, but when I asked about it I was informed that the signs on the gate say they are approximate sizes. Nothing of approximate was used while I was making the reservation or signing all the paperwork. I was able to make everything fit and the facilities are nice, I just prefer to get what Im reserving and paying for.”

“Out of all the places I've rented from this one by far takes the cake The lady's here are very very accommodating very polite and the grounds are exceptionally clean including our units and I got a 10x30 for less than $150 that goes above and beyond what I expected even with renters insurance thank you ladies for always taking care of me and making sure that I was taking care of when I came in even though I did an online purchase thank you for still taking care of me just the same when I came in you two are amazing I wouldn't have it any other way”
