“We stopped by this flying J and we were greeted by the nicest employee. This was our first time using a gas station shower and the lovely lady with purple hair made it a very welcoming experience. She took very good care of us, even double checking that we had clean towels and gave us clear instructions on the process. The showers themselves were very clean and the water pressure was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Today I stopped in Store 760 and got in line for a shower. I spoke to a driver and I said to I am trying to get some relief on in a shower. He was passing by to the exit door. I asked him if he had a shower. He stated no.

I returned the line and Stephenie called to her cob worker in the shower area via radio. He compassion was on display. She asked the gentleman to open a shower for me. I thanked her.

This was a very nice gesture of kindness that is rare in times like these. This also shows it is nice to be nice still exists. She was humble, a people person as I observed her interaction with customers and the light of the building with an unforgettable smile. She is really a wonderful addition to the team!

This experience prompts me to patronize Pilot Flying J moving forward.”
