I have been in 2x in the last week or so. I got myself tennis shoes the first time and the girl was super helpful and kind. I brought my daughter the other day and another girl was there who was a little less helpful… but we all have bad days. So no major judgement. Over all clean and as always a great selection!

Bought the wrong size. Next day I callled them about it and they said they’d take care of it. I had no box and no receipt. They had a receipt and a new pair all ready set aside for me. Great customer service!!

Have always had great experiences with this store, but have to give a special shout out to Taylor. She has taken time with me twice now to share knowledge and help find the right shoe for me.
