“October 20th 2025 @ 6pm. The store was very busy. And it seemed very short staffed. With that being said the employee's were still very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, Sam( city market employee) was working self check out. Sam, went to assist a man behind me. The this guy demand Sam ring up his item's. Sam calmly and politely explained that he had to watch the front and assit with system malfunctions. The man continued to disrespect Sam using profanity and aggressively pushed his cart. Sam calmly went to assist another customer. I was very impressed with the way Sam handled such a disrespectful ignorant person. Well done Sam!! The world could definitely use more individuals like you.”
“Our car had trouble starting after filling up here, and Dom, the attendant voluntarily left his post briefly and gave us a jump. Thank you to him and great employees of this estaishment for helping us on our way back home.”
