“I called to inquire about a hi vis hat, no luck, but was given a couple other stores in town to check. Unfortunately, I had already checked her recommendations. Upon hearing this, she radioed to the rest of the staff to get other recommendations, and she came back to say they had one tucked away in the hunting section! Grateful for her! Kudos to her for going out of her way to get other recommendations from the rest of the staff.
I will add that the register double scanned one of my items, and it sounded like this may be a reoccurring issue with their machines. No fault to the employee, but it may be something for someone higher up to look into.”

“Best selection in snacks! Especially on the snacks that are no longer available at regular stores. Staff is always friendly, store is clean and organized and its pleasurable to shop at, UNTIL…..its time to check out and here is why.
My ONLY complaint, the constant pushing of the TJ Maxx credit card. Its irritating when the customer declines and the pitch continues with all the perks. This is not a cashier issue (they are doing as instructed) but completely a management and corporate issue. I get you want to sell the TJ Maxx credit card but the way you are going about it and making these cashiers “push” it rather than having a pitch to “offer” it is annoying and exhausting to the customer. When the customer declines, accept the no immediately and stop the pitch. Respect the “no”.
Other than that, I love going here!!”
