“I’m rewriting this review because the first cake was truly awful however thank you to Steven and Tiffany bakery manager who went above and beyond to make everything right Steven was a very proper polite and professional manager who did everything he could to make it right then today Tiffany reached out to me and made it even better by replacing the cake totally on her even though she did not need to and was very nice polite and professional So thank you to these two wonderful managers listed in pics big difference between the two cakes awesome job Tiffany thank you so much”

“Kayla is a Ridley’s gold star employee! We came into the store with a package of balloons we purchased (not realizing they needed to be filled with helium.) When we arrived it was busy but Kayla helped us then and did so with care to be certain not to pop any balloons. She was friendly and made us feel like valued customers as she listened to our citizenship celebration plans. Thank you Kayla for making the extra effort. You made our day:)”
