“The people there were fine, but I was frustrated to learn that UPS has a "physical scan" and a "logical scan," so just because the tracking information on your package SAYS it is at the local facility and will be delivered that day, doesn't make it so. This information is "auto generated" by the system based upon where your package SHOULD BE. However your package COULD be hundreds of miles away for any number of reasons.Folks at the local facility do not wish to try to determine the ACTUAL location of your package. Therefore, there is no updated package delivery window.”
“This post office has longer hours than most in the area, so 5 stars for that! The neighborhood is a little sketch but the employees are very friendly. Definitely worth the trip if you need to mail something after 5 pm, or on a Saturday”
