Grace, Rajmeet, and Kevin at the Whitehorse branch were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I set up a couple of accounts with Grace. Then Rajmeet and Kevin downloaded the correct apps on my laptop and cellphone to ensure I would be using the verified app and not get scammed. They even showed me how to use online banking! I feel confident to return to my home community far away and be able to do all my banking using technology.
