I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent shopping experience at your store. The level of service I encountered was simply unacceptable! On Feb 23 2025, I visited your store intending to purchase a high-end pair of headphones. However, when I requested to test the sound quality of the display unit, the staff outright refused, citing “company policy” without offering any further explanation.
Testing the sound quality is a crucial part of deciding on a headphone purchase, especially for high-end models. Customers have the right to ensure that the product meets their needs before making a purchase. Yet, your store displays demo units but does not allow customers to test them—this is misleading! To make matters worse, when I asked for alternative solutions, the staff was impatient and dismissive, treating me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
If your store does not allow testing, there should at least be clear signage stating so, rather than wasting customers’ time and subjecting them to poor treatment. I demand a reasonable explanation and immediate improvements to this frustrating shopping experience. Otherwise, I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and publicly exposing this absurd policy on social media!

Bad customer service, just went in just see what they have and I did buy new head phone but the staff just sat there on there phone and ignore me while I trying get there attention I had say hey can u help me and they barely had any knowledge about about the product i was interested in , met not go back unless they train there staff to welcome people and help them instead of me have ask for help

I had a terrible experience with a Best Buy employee named prabh . Instead of helping me resolve an issue, he was rude and dismissive, even going as far as blaming me for the problem. I came in with a valid concern, expecting assistance, his attitude was unprofessional and condescending. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company I used to trust.

I went to the store all employee were talking to each other they didn't response me properly i felt that they were ignoring me. I hope next time they will treat all the customers very well.

There are not too many choices here.
I went in, and the customer beside me was talking so loud to the cashier about her payment plan, I wanted to get out as soon as I got in.
I think you can have an agreement with your client in a more quiet location elsewhere in the store before bringing them over to the cashier desk for questions.

Highly recommended this location. This review is super delayed so my sincere apologies. ?? I had an amazing experience at this location in July. The manager (Harleen, I believe) was absolutely fantastic in advising me on my purchase and plan. Moreover, she and her team stayed well after hours to make sure everything went well with my new phone and number transfer. She was super knowledgeable, problem-solved and troubleshooted with actual care, and was innovative in putting together my new plan. Wonderful experience. Thanks so much.
