“I wanted to give a shoutout to our store in Alabaster. On several different occasions I have stopped there and asked questions about different issues or had them put the machine on to check my vehicle. The people who work there are always so kind and always willing to help even if I may not be purchasing something.Today I stopped there because I had an oil leak and I was worried about it. A very kind young African American man came out and checked my oil and even got down and looked underneath to find where it was leaking. I wish I had asked his name because he was so kind and helpful and he gave me peace of mind that it was safe to drive to my car to my mechanic. It is so rare these days to get excellent customer service so if you need auto parts, drop by O’Reilly.”

“What a great place for your battery needs. I took a dead battery from a generator there. It is an odd size and I was not sure I'd be able to find a replacement.I went to Batteries Plus and the employee looked at my battery for about 5 seconds and then goes immediately to a row and shelf to retrieve a new battery. Bingo! Exact size and shape. He then tested the voltage on each to show that indeed my old battery was dead and the new one had a healthy voltage.They took care of the old battery also. What awesome service. I went home, installed the new battery and my generator started right up. It's an old generator but still runs. This certainly saved me from either trying to find a place for generator repair (good luck) or outright replacement.”

“Went in to find a part my mechanic sent me in for. I showed the guy a picture of the part (I know the bare minimum about cars and parts) but he INSTANTLY knew my car make and model. They advised me their location didn’t have it but the Pelham location did. Gave me a receipt with the information the next associate needed. Super easy and quick. I will definitely be back in the future.”
“Both employees were very courteous , friendly and helpful. Store was lite up where I could see everything without any problem (I'm 80 years old) and everything was clean and very well stocked. Price of the battery I purchased was very reasonable and best of all, Batteries + Bulbs gave me a military discount for my 23+ years of active duty.
