“i stopped in to swap out a disabled router Saturday 5/29/2022 and right of the bat i felt unwelcomed by an inconsiderate lady named Kathy with no patients that cut me off while i tried to explain what my concerns. I am not very tech worthy but didn't do anything to warrant her awful attitude towards me or my situation but i am writing it off as her having a bad day. the lady next to her was not having a good day either exclaiming she could not wait to get off of work several times and didn't seem to care about her co-workers behavior next to her. In the end the lady that was assisting me got the job done. I truly hope They're attitude especially Kathy's improves for sakes of others that visit behind me if not for The'yre own peace of mind. I'm giving 4stars for the fact I received what I needed, the store was very nice inside and clean and i was in and out because of being the only customer. kind regards to the 2 employee's seem to be struggling at they're jobs, hope it gets better for them soon.”
