I have been a customer for a number of years but did not realize the importance of a strong relationship with a furniture store until I really needed them. I am recovering at home from total knee replacement surgery. My recliner was old & in need of replacement. I explained my situation to Sandy & she took charge. After making my selection & making payment arrangements, she worked out delivery. I am resting much better in my new recliner thanks to Sandy and the great customer service she provided!”
