“My wife and I first went to our local mattress firm in Oxford about an hour from home back in January just to get an idea of pricing and try out a few mattresses. We really had no clue what we wanted, but after talking with Jordan we both agreed on one thing. Whenever we were ready to buy, we wanted to buy one from him.
We never felt rushed or pressured and he answered every question we had and explained everything. Our plans were to come back during the Presidents Day sale but life happened and we never made it back.
Fast forward to July and we finally decided it was time to replace our old $400 Amazon special. It definitely was not a ten year mattress. No matter how many times we flipped it, flopped it, or turned it.
So when we pulled into the parking lot i recognized the car and was glad to see Jordan was still there. We ended up picking out a completely different mattress than we had looked at back in January even though it was only about an hour before closing, he still took his tim, answered every question, and made sure we were as knowledgeable as we could be.
He helped us get what we feel was a great deal on a new mattress and gancy base.
If you are looking for a new mattress I would absolutely recommend stopping by the Oxford store and asking for Jordan. Good customer service is getting harder to find these days and he is one of the best.”
