“We took are van to them for an insurance claim to fix front end of are van.we was so very pleased with the high quality service they did to fix are van and even got it back earlier them was expected to get it .there work is so great I will be taking any of are other vehicles to them if we need any repairs done in the future.everyone is so friendly and so helpful they seem to go above and beyond to help fix anything on your vehicle we are so pleased and happy with all there.”

“Phenomenal!! I went to get my tires rotated, and they were already had a car up in the air working on it. Said the wait time would be at least a hour or hour and a half, depending on if the lady before me decided what she wanted and was no where to be seen.
One of the guys said he would do it around back, got jacks, and rotated my tires in 20-30 minutes.
A few days later, I went back because the passenger side door wouldn’t close all the way. There was a simple easy fix and with a minute, they had me on my way.
They are so kind and professional. Very fast. I highly recommend them and will be taking my vehicle back to them.”

“The first time I went in for service, I was skeptical being new to the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the overall quality of service. After having my Charger repaired, I had to return it because the problem was miss diagnosed. Upon returning, I was expecting some kick back. It never came. David, the owner, fixed the problem immediately and returned to me the difference in price without an argument and didn’t charge me for the labor spent on the repair. I have brought my other vehicles in whenever they have needed any exhaust or muffler problems. I highly recommend Athens’ Muffler for all your exhaust needs.”

“I was traveling from Central Alabama to northern Ohio to have a celebration of life for my brother. I had a blowout 4 miles from the store. Put the spare tire on showed up at the store. Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire. My call had a couple of technical questions and a quick transfer hooked me up with the owner of the company. He took the time to explain in detail the probable cause of the problem and how to solve it. “I got my car back within 5 day of drop off and the paint job was flawless after a limb crashed down onto the roof and hood busting the windshield and all. Every other place I have used before now kept my vehicles for weeks and didn't color match the paint to the rest of the body. This will be the only shop I use going forward.”

They told me to drive it & if I hear any Noises or feel anything with the Brakes to Bring it Right Back. I said okay, what do I owe you for your Time? They Said there's NO Charge.
