“Took my wife’s car in for what I thought was something minor. It wasn’t. Car was actually unsafe to drive. Broke down the estimate and the time frame (done by the end of the next day). Guy working the desk actually offered to take me home on his own. Work was started as soon as they opened the next day and had it all done before lunch.
