Paying for 300 mbps and the best they can do is 140.47. When you call, its a call center. The people will straight up tell you thats acceptable. PAY FOR 300 AND GET 140.47 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Going back to my other provider!

I signed up for the internet service and was told they would install the modem. They brought a modem and left it for me to install so I am returning it. I'll seek another provider
