“First let me start off by saying Jasmine & Simone are the best at what they do. They answer all requests promptly, friendly and always professional. I have been a tenant for 7 months now. The application process was seamless Jasmine address all questions I had she ensured all of my non-negotiable’s were met. She stayed late some days to accommodate my work schedule thank you so much for that. The maintenance crew is top notch any work ordered entered it’s completed in a timely manner the grounds are well maintained. They keep the dumpster area clean even when tenants are careless about making sure the trash makes it into the dumpster. I know I made the best decision by moving here. Thank you to this amazing team for always putting the tenants first.”

“I absolutely love Maddie & Chloe! I’ve been staying at Stonegate for almost a 1 1/2 now and couldn’t have asked for a better team. They are always patient and polite. Anytime I need something or have questions, they are always willing to assist. Even with maintenance issues, they are always willing to assist and make sure I am supported the best way possible. Most importantly, my son loves them! Everyday he gets off the bus, it’s a must that he stops by to check in on them because they are so nice & sweet to him. “I have only moved into this complex recently, but the kindness the team has offered and their fast action to our concerns is very welcoming. No apartment is perfect, and we are aware of any problems with the unit isn’t their doing, yet they still have quickly took record of any concerns and have been working to make our home comfortable for us.
If there is anything that has made my experience here stand out, it’s Darlene! She’s the sweetest employee and has really provided us assistance and guidance along the way. She’s very knowledgeable and offers great guidance. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at highpointe, I will provide a more thorough review once my time here is up, but I would recommend this complex if you are needing a place to live, simple because of the amazing staff!”
