“I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store at the Promenade. The staff is very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of their products. I would highly recommend this location.”

812 Academy Drive, Bessemer AL 35022
“My phone completely crashed on me on our way down to NOLA, we stopped at the next Verizon store we found which was the one off of Academy in Bessemer. I wish I remembered the sales reps name who helped us! We have a business account, which can sometimes be difficult for some sales reps to help us efficiently with, but this guy got me a new phone and back on our road trip in no time! All while ensuring the privacy and security of our business account and being respectful of our time. Great guy and great customer service!!”
