We had a moms night out and did aerial yoga for the first time!! The instructor was great!! Fun and a great workout!

We signed up for the intro aerial class. The instructors were fun, caring, and excellent offering support and guidance. The place is spotless and in a great location near the Red Cat. I would recommend it to anyone. I look forward to trying more classes.

Aero Joe’s instructors are incredibly personable and hilarious, the atmosphere is amazing, and the cost is remarkably reasonable. Highly recommend.
