“I visited Westwood after my refrigerator died. New appliance stores were quoting me up to three weeks for delivery and couldn't accommodate my work schedule. Westwood had a stainless Whirlpool fridge that fit my space, and they delivered it two hours after I entered the store (including install and haul away). Their total price was 1/3 what I would have paid for a new fridge, and they offer a cash discount. The fridge also came with a 4 month repair/replace guarantee.
Understand this is a small family-run used appliance store. You might find 12-15 of each type of appliance. The options in terms of exact brand, size, and color (much less specific model) are not vast. But if you need to replace an appliance quickly, with friendly service and good value, I highly recommend them.

“Came in just to look. Been needing a new couch and like to see what's on sale with the Black Friday sale up and coming. The gentleman inside is super sweet and let us walk around the shop freely. Everything inside was lovely. They offer so many beautiful pieces of furniture and artwork. Located on the north side of Birmingham, right across the street from the Alabama theater. Seems a lot of people might stroll right past this place and not pay it any mind. But honestly, if you are looking for new furniture for your house or apartment, I highly suggest coming in.”

“I don't know how other customers had a bad experience here. My experience was almost bad. But thanks to Kenny and Carlos, they went above and beyond. Was supposed to have a bedroom suit, matress and tv delivered. Upon delivery, no bedroom suit. I had sold mine already so I'm infuriated. The delivery driver, Carlos, called the store. Long story short, the next day, Carlos called and asked when he could bring my bedroom suit. I appreciate the professionalism, even after I snapped and making everything right. I had a Laptop Return because the keyboard has a malfunction, and needed to switch it out with another New Laptop of similar value!Ivory found me a Brand New ACER Nitro V15 Gaming Laptop that was $225 OFF & On Sale with similar value! I was very happy with Ivory and his expertise!
