“I came in the store with hopes of purchasing a king sized bed along with the king sized mattress set! My budget was very tight! Miguel and Santiago both were very efficient and informative! Santiago showed me to some items within my price range and Miguel searched around for my railings to ensure they could deliver what I needed! It was successful! And on top of that, my items are being delivered and set up SAME DAY! I’m so grateful and ecstatic for what they have done! Definitely shopping again!”

“Came in just to look. Been needing a new couch and like to see what's on sale with the Black Friday sale up and coming. The gentleman inside is super sweet and let us walk around the shop freely. Everything inside was lovely. They offer so many beautiful pieces of furniture and artwork. Located on the north side of Birmingham, right across the street from the Alabama theater. Seems a lot of people might stroll right past this place and not pay it any mind. But honestly, if you are looking for new furniture for your house or apartment, I highly suggest coming in.”

And the items we had to order came in pretty quickly and in good shape. Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.”

Not only are my cabinets stunning but the customer service—communication and how quickly the project was completed—was top tier service from start to finish. I would recommend anyone going here if you want excellent product and installation by people who genuinely love what they do and care about their clients satisfaction! In a few days, you can come pick up your stuff if you win the auction. Lots of tools bundled together. Nice customer service as they were willing to offer assistance but backed off when we wanted to browse. A staff member actually helped me combine some of my material by using a combination kit which saved a few dollars and gave me some extra spares. “Was in the area, Courtney has been talking for a while about wanting to buy himself a tool set. So we came into Home Depot. I've had some issues with other HD in the area especially when ordering items online from them so I figure it's always better to shop in store. We walked around for a while. Looking at tools, light fixtures and other items. Honestly, HD is one of those stores you can walk around in and just look at all sorts of items and be entertained for a long period of time! Though we did walk out empty handed, we still had fun looking at the various items sold in store!”

“The thing I like most about Badcock Furniture is the insurance coverage they provide. The insurance covers damage within 3 years to include if I damage the piece. They will review the damage to see if repair or replacement is necessary. Then, if I don't need to use the insurance in three years, the money I paid for the insurance comes back to me in the form of in store credit. What a great way to encourage repeat business. I also like that the furniture I received seems to be of higher quality than the discount places I usually shop. Quality in the form of materials used and stitching, the little details that make it feel a little more of an upgrade without the upgrade price. We're at a stage of life and have moved around with furniture as old as the teenagers, so it's nice to find new furniture that will last and give new life to our home.”

“I seriously cannot explain how wonderful my experience at The Home Depot Hwy 280 was earlier this week. For the past few weeks my childhood dog has been fighting for his life, and what we all feared would happen reached it's fever pitch on Wednesday; We were advised to put him down as soon as possible. In the midst of freak sadness, I drove to The Home Depot determined to build a doggie casket - or, otherwise seen as, a simple wooden box. Walking through the doors, and back towards the lumber section, I quickly came to realize how little I knew about anything I was here to do. Which wood did I need? What hardware was necessary? Were my dimensions even right? I had no idea, so I just started wandering. Before I could stomach the thought that I should probably give up and just go home - I was approached by Austin S. Austin was incredibly nice and personable right off the bat, and quickly the conversation of my dogs soon-to-be passing came up. He showed me nothing but empathy and understanding. Without a second thought he dropped everything to help me not only finalize my dimensions, pick the best wood for the job, cut the lumber, and pick out hardware - BUT HE TOOK THE LEAD ON HELPING ME ASSEMBLE THE CASKET! It was service like I had truly never seen from an establishment, and I hope Home Depot never loses talent like Austin. To wrap up, he priced all the materials together and walked the fully built casket out to my car for loading. Thank you, Home Depot Hwy 280 - thanks to you my precious pet will be honored exactly the way I had hoped. This will never be forgotten!”
