I made one call to this location and they had 1 part in stock and could expedite the other. I was able to fix the truck in the parking lot and get back on the road. “The service was ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! My truck would not start when I got in to go to work. I got a jump off, made it to O'Reilly. I was thinking I would have to get another battery. The Mgr, whose name I did not get, but will go back to do so. He and the associate working with him were so nice. He came out and checked my battery and alternator. Checked and cleaned my battery cables, inside and out. I have had no more problems.

“Seems like it is going to be a great battery. I checked the voltage before installing it and it was right at 12.80 volts which the sheet says that is 100%. Customer service was great! I had my kids with me and they cared the battery to the truck for me.”
