“I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Kadeem, manager of O'Reilly 's in Homewood ,Al. My battery died in my car at floor and decor in Homewood. Searching for a parts store nearby, and saw that O'Reilly (which is my favorite parts store)was just less than half mile from me. I am handicapped and on oxygen, so prompt help was needed. After calling and speaking with Kadeem , I was home free
This young man went above and beyond his call of duty to come to our rescue(my daughter was driving us). Brought new battery , 2 bottles of cold water, and changed out battery . The price I paid for a battery with a two year warranty from them one of the competitors wanted that much for only a one year warranty. They were so nice and professional on the phone and in person. “The service was ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! My truck would not start when I got in to go to work. I got a jump off, made it to O'Reilly. I was thinking I would have to get another battery. The Mgr, whose name I did not get, but will go back to do so. He and the associate working with him were so nice. He came out and checked my battery and alternator. Checked and cleaned my battery cables, inside and out. I have had no more problems.

“Didn't have what I needed, but the staff was helpful. Prices are okay. Location is good right off the main road, big parking lot. They do accept the car care credit cards here. Typical auto parts store. No bolt cutters are available here. Easy to find.”

“First time customer , I stopped in to get a new battery for my vintage ( 2001 ) Mercedes SLK roadster. Yes, they had the correct battery in stock , installed it in about 15 minutes and hauled the old one away. Friendly efficient service from all the employees. I'll be back to Batteries Plus in Homewood.”
