“I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Kadeem, manager of O'Reilly 's in Homewood ,Al. My battery died in my car at floor and decor in Homewood. Searching for a parts store nearby, and saw that O'Reilly (which is my favorite parts store)was just less than half mile from me. I am handicapped and on oxygen, so prompt help was needed. After calling and speaking with Kadeem , I was home free
This young man went above and beyond his call of duty to come to our rescue(my daughter was driving us). Brought new battery , 2 bottles of cold water, and changed out battery . “The service was ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! My truck would not start when I got in to go to work. I got a jump off, made it to O'Reilly. I was thinking I would have to get another battery. The Mgr, whose name I did not get, but will go back to do so. He and the associate working with him were so nice. He came out and checked my battery and alternator. Checked and cleaned my battery cables, inside and out. I have had no more problems.

“I was on the way to visit my family over in Huntsville. On the way there, I stopped for gas at the Fultondale Exon. When I drove off my battery light came on and it was an inconvenience because it started raining outside. The car shut off and it would not crank up anymore, so I walked over to the Fultondale O’Reily and inside, Venancio was extremely helpful and patient, explaining to me all the different kinds of batteries and helped me find the one that would work for my vehicle. Before leaving, to top off the experience, Venancio made sure to run a battery, alternator and starter test for my car; very thorough. Very professional, great service, definitely would recommend to anyone in a tight spot like me.”

“Didn't have what I needed, but the staff was helpful. Prices are okay. Location is good right off the main road, big parking lot. They do accept the car care credit cards here. Typical auto parts store. No bolt cutters are available here. Easy to find.”
