“I remember when my other pharmacy shut down and I was lost on where to go and who would put up with me lol. So I wanted somewhere that was close to my job and home and also open on Saturdays. I called Crestwood and Taylor answered. I gave him all the info and the rest is history. Taylor and his staff are amazing and super friendly. I recommend that you come experience this warm and friendly atmosphere. Taylor and his staff definitely stands on business!!!”

“I have been having medication compounded for my cat here for about 3 years now, and it has always been a very good experience. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. While I try to make sure I call in prescriptions with 48 hours notice, there have been some times I have misjudged how much medication Claude has left, and the staff have always made sure that we get a refill before he runs out of medicine. I really appreciate this!”
“Kessler's pharmacy has been the only place my family has ever used for medication, both over the counter and prescription, for I know at least 45 years. They have awesome sales and deals as well as reasonable prices on everything from health and beauty to jewelry. Even though I don't live in Tarrant anymore and haven't for many years, I still go out of my way to do business at Kessler's pharmacy.”

“Good place to go if you have special/rare medications. They will also preorder and maintain stock if your regular prescriptions which most pharmacies won't. It's hit/miss, first come first serve with the corporate pharmacies which ends with you going without your meds. This place won't let that happen which is HUGE for anyone who MUST take medications.”

“Last month was my 1st time using this pharmacy. I called to make sure they had the RX, yes they had it so I had my doc to send it to them because none of the pharmacy in Tuscaloosa had the medication. I called to make sure they had it, wasn’t until I got back from getting my car serviced at Hyundai in Bham when I got home, called again and it was ready. So I had to make another trip but it was worth it because no pharmacy had it here in Tuscaloosa at the time. Friendly staff and very helpful.”

Even their delivery guy is amazing! I have been with mills for almost 7 years now, and i refuse to go any where else. “This team is kind and hardworking. On rare occasions I've had to wait 30ish minutes for a prescription when the waiting area was packed and the line was to the door. It's impossible to be upset about the wait when I see them working diligently to take care of everyone. Years ago I started using this pharmacy because of financial hardship. The sliding scale (and very low prices on generics) made it possible for me to get my medications when I otherwise couldn't have. It was a blessing I won't forget. I'm better off now and well insured but this will remain my preferred pharmacy.”

No refund or additional medication was offered to supplement the lack of what was originally filled. All they could offer was some kind of discount on the next prescription.Update: I was contacted the next day and shipped the missing dosage of medicine at no additional cost!”

“I normally go to Walgreens but Forestdale Pharmacy is my new go to for prescriptions. My first time yesterday was amazing. I called and didn’t get an answer and she called right back. What’s even better is that by the time I got dressed and got there my meds were ready. Not even a full 30 mins and I had what I needed. I highly recommend.”
