“Unparalleled service. Each time I or my kids need anything…they have it. No need for the big box store. We get what we need, when we need it and with the smile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Excellent people, easy to work with answering all questions in a manor that easy to understand as to what these drugs are for and how they work. Will call when time to refill with options to come by or have them delivered at no cost. Being approximately 40 miles away, this is wonderful option.”

“This is the best run Sam's Club that I've had the pleasure of visiting. The store is immaculate and perfectly set up. It flows well and I am always able to find what I need. To that point, it is understandable why. The store general manager, Amy, is on point and a laser focused on a positive customer experience. Every time I have visited this store I find Amy tirelessly working to make the store perfect. Additionally, she enjoys speaking with club members and welcomes feedback to help maximize customer satisfaction. I've had multiple conversations with her and always come away more impressed each time. Thank you for making our Sam's Club in Homewood the best Amy! Kindest regards, William Barnes”

“Best Pharmacy in town. Rob & his staff learn your name, get to know you, & are very sincere. There is never a long wait with a very relaxed atmosphere in the Pharmacy itself. After years of using chain drug stores to fill prescriptions I switched to them a while ago & have never looked back.”

“This location's pharmacy is wonderful. They're always so kind and helpful. Valerie O, specifically, is an angel. She helped me navigate options when it came to an allergic reaction to one of my prescriptions. She remembers me and is quick to jump in whenever I need assistance, with both friendliness and knowledge. It's hard to find both of those qualities in people!”

“What a relief this place has been. I’ve been switching from pharmacy to pharmacy for 2 years. Finally found friendly staff, medication availability, and easy service. I almost didn’t want to write a great review like it’s a hidden gem I want to keep secret and I should keep it that way haha but got to give props where props is due!”

“It’s almost Christmas and Susan at the front register just made my day. Holidays usually get me feeling overwhelmed and I was having trouble printing items at the photo kiosk. Susan was very calming and helpful. What a wonderful and kind person. She makes the world brighter for sure! Thank you Susan and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!”

“I needed a new set of tires and had heard good things about the Sam's Club tire/auto department, so I dropped by. I spoke with Alex Price who gave me honest answers and helped me select tires that fit what I was looking for - not just the price tag (although I did wind up choosing Goodyear). He was polite, professional, honest, and efficient. I came back that afternoon to drop the car off, got a necessary $1.75 hot dog, and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Alex also recommended I upgrade my membership which paid for itself in this transaction. Excellent customer service and I would gladly recommend Alex and his department to anyone needing tires. Roll Tide, Alex.”
